Iced Earl Green

 2 cups of hot water

6 Maté Factor Earl Green tea bags

or 6 Tbsp loose leaf Maté Factor Earl Green

Steep for 2 minutes (stirring for 1 minute). Strain and add:

2 Tbsp honey (or 1/4 cup sugar)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup cream (or almond milk)

1 1/2 cups ice

Mix well and store in refrigerator.
