    Iced Dark Roast Latté

    (serves 4)
     
    2 cups of hot water
    4 Maté Factor Dark Roast tea bags
    or 1/4 cup loose leaf Maté Factor Dark Roast
    Steep for 5 minutes, strain and add:
    2 Tbsp honey
    1/2 cup of cream (coconut milk is a pleasant non-dairy option)
    2 cups ice
    Mix well and store in refrigerator.
